Deviled Eggs

4 hardboiled eggs
Minced Tomato
Minced Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cut eggs in half and throw out 3 of the 4 yolks.
Mince tomato and parsley. Mix in with the final yolk,

Adding salt and pepper. Add a tiny splash of apple cider vinegar.
Fill the Egg Whites (not enough to actually “mound” the whites, but plenty for each)
